No frame rust. 200k miles or less preferably. Who cares about interior so long as the car is reliable and cheap to buy, maintain, and own. Be patient don't jump on the first car within your price range you see unless you absolutely need a car in a hurry. Just remember that's $4000 + maintenance, gas, and insurance you will never see again unless it's actively helping you earn more money (commuting to a better job otherwise inaccessible to you right now or something similar).
