Los Angeles here. These are replacing the articulated NABI buses from the 2000s. Much smoother ride, but holy shit the seats they had installed are fucking retarded. It's like the backs of the seats are leaned WAYYY far back, and not in a relaxed way, like your back is bent backwards like a kidney bean, since there's no lumbar support. There is noticeable bac pain in that position cause even if you press your back down it forces an unnatural position. If the driver has to slam on the brakes suddenly people will straight up slide off the seats.
