severe BB issues are more a thing with press fit.
So yes you probably can simply replace it, infact, it's quite likely the creak is -not- the bottom bracket but rather something that just needs cleaning/greasing/tightening.
The issue there is the crank is chinesium noname and might be bent or the taper easily damage on install or something like that, those very cheap stock cranks often fail so that might be something you upgrade as well as change the BB on.
That is a very low end bike.
You can get a tier up, much better, Giant Contend, new, for about $850. I would put that Fujis value, new, at $500-$600. I would not pay more than half of that for it, especially is it's clapped out. $300 is the absolute max.
Infact I would not buy it. I think if you have $400 used to spend -and- are prepared to do some work, you can do MUCH better.
