Old specialized frames even low end ones ride really nicely.
I would be on the fence about that one because it has an old suspension fork (which would have been an option or upgrade. Real shame.
Also the (400LX? Exage?) groupset in used condition is fine, but quite heavy, bit plasticy, prone to slop, and practically worthless. And looks like gripshift too.
Metal fenders (hammered fancy ones?) and a rack is nice though.
I would class that as a good bike that's worth it, but it's marginal and usually I would avoid old bikes with suspension. For parts, it's not worth it.
