Why is it always mass transit that's on the chopping block when budget constraints appear? You never hear in the news "These streets aren't generating enough revenue to sustain themselves. We will officially no longer be maintaining them." We all know damn well the trillion rural and suburb streets around our country don't generate enough economic activity to justify themselves.
