The word "allez" reminds me of the specialized allez.
Quite a cool bike with an interesting backstory.
First version came out in the early 80's with the sequoia and the stumpjumper.
Originally all three were designed by tim neenan, later to be the custom frame builder based in santa cruz, "lighthouse"
The Allez was made out of tange tubing, by 3rencho, later to be recognized as a famous builder from japan.

Surprisingly the Allez is still made by specialized, just in a different form.

My dad has 2 lighthouse bikes. Both columbus tubing, one is spx and the other is slx. Might post them one day.
