I was hit by a cyclist from behind while walking on a countryside road, and had a limp for a week because of it. Should I sue? I walked in a group but I accidentally gave way to the cyclist on a wrong side by moving left, while my friends moved to the right. I didn't go to the hospital but it didn't feel right to just let it go.
