what is the cheapest way to maintain and take care of an ebike?

like if i want to be able to replace everything myself without bike shops or needing specific brands

Ebay. The parts are genetic and these resellers put their own propriety plugs usually. Walmart's home brand of inner tubes are like $1 but they aren't always in stock.

I wouldn't worry about anything that claims to be a fast charger. These batteries will last longer charging slow at 1 or 2 amps.

In the larger scheme of things, the cheapest option is to buy an expensive e-bike from a store and not have a random chinkshit battery fire destroy everything.
