Ship Stats: Minimum of 1.5 hours to come back depending upon inclination

When deploy satellites with Starships: Deploy Starlink 3 (new name for Starlink 2 non-mini?) in roughly a year from now. Prior to safe ship reentry & landing.

Reason for Starship large size: Designing for use on Moon & Mars, not required for launching Satellites.

Starship fairing size: It's like a cathedral in size. What have we done this thing is ridiculously big! This can be good for science. Space telescope with a 7-8 meter lens.

Hawthorne: still manufacturing F9 engines in what used to be a Northrup Grumman headquarters

Mars plans: need 1 million tons to Mars requiring roughly 5 million tons to Earth orbit. This should be enough to create a self-sustaining city on Mars.

When Starship might land on Mars with/without crew: 3-4 years (uncrewed test landing), but needs to check the Earth/Mars synchronization

Propellant plants: moons of Jupiter, moons of Saturn, Kuiper belt, & Oort cloud

Refuelling: It like docking with the space station, but not as difficult since SpaceX designed the space ship they are docking with & is unmanned. It uses a Starship with no payload to transfer propellant. There will be a future version of Starship (Tanker) that is optimized for fuel with stretched tanks & little to no cargo area.

What launch sites & how rapid tanker launches? - Use launch pads in Texas and Florida. In Florida have 39A, which has partially been built and a "green field" location. In 4-5 years when launching several times a day, may need to go to a specially designed, ocean-based platform.

Required capacity: 1000 launches a day is 100,000 tons to orbit/year, which is not quite enough. Need closer to 1,000,000 tons to orbit/year or 5,000,000 tons over 5 years. For reference, Falcon does 16,000 tons to orbit/year and 25,000 tons to orbit next year.

How long could Starship stay in orbit as a station: no real limit, similar in volume to the space station (ISS), need solar panels, batter, & thrusters

Point to point: ballistic trajectory is fastest method of transport on the surface of a planet, has a shot at being economically viable because the cost of propellant is low (lowest cost propellant you can get on Earth) Don't even need bathrooms if you can get there in less than half an hour.

Starlink used as a Moon/Mars relay: For Mars you want a laser relay because you can't transmit through the sun. Laser beams widen with distance, so you need a series of relay satellites to ensure the bandwidth remains high too.
