First you need to decide if you're a manlet or woman facing too much reach, or a goofy tall cunt facing too much drop. Your bar situation is drastically different for each of those.
I have tried a number of different cruiser bars.
As a tall lad i have often ridden undersize bikes, with an uncomfortable amount of bar drop, and thought swept cruiser bars would be good for me because they often have a lot of rise. Most of them have not only backsweep but the ramps have backsweep.
They cause a drastically reduced reach on an undersized bike. You should ride with your shoulders rolled forwards and a cramped setup will push them back, which causes injury unless you are just cruising. Unless you're gonna walk up hills (valid) then they suck. If your frame is too small then your frame is too small. I used to ride 57 and now i like 62.

I like the last one, pic rel, the most. I've put that on a number of bikes.
Really though, swept bars are for -oversized bikes-, or cruisers. Not to correct an overly aggressive position.
The only real advantage that cruiser bars, or really, any alt bar, offers, is bag/basket potential. So they make most sense as part of a well thought out front end designed for carrying stuff. For this reason it's good to avoid ones which are -too- light. If your steering flexes a lot (can be good), it's not appropriate for a high front load.
For me, the best bar is just normal mtb bars, ~620mm width, and ~60mm rise. Or, high drops. High drops are my favorite. Drops at saddle height.
I hate Jones bars and practically every expensive alt meme bar.
