What if during a complete IMC day all the way to the ground an airbus a320 or an airliner loses all its engines, what is the procedure for that?

Not a pilot at all, but bullshit hypotheticals deserve bullshit answers.
I'd probably radio (or if complete and utter electrical failure, I guess pull out a mobile phone and pray for reception) the tower and ask for continuous guidance to the nearest airfield that can accommodate a VFR emergency landing.

I just it’s complete IMC to the ground and you do have radios and electrical however you only have 10 minutes before crashing
