I am wondering what the best, highest quality, commercially available folding kickscooter or folding kickbike there is.

Something capable of withstanding many miles, lots of travel, and requires minimal maintenance over many years.

Also, kick scooter general I guess.

I do car racing, we use those kickbikes to get around the paddock. They are the perfect blend of immediacy and speed for that specific application, where you need to get on get off in seconds and don't care about size. They also work as makeshift wheelbarrows for large parts like transmissions.
For most applications it's either or. Bike offers a superior package in every metric but size, and even there, folded Brompton is the same size as any kickbike if not smaller. If you need really compact and foldable means of transport to take with you, go to Decathlon and get yourself an Oxelo Town 9, it's as good as it gets without electricity.

It is very high quality, though I wonder if the suspension might be a point of failure in long term use.
Most reviews are only of very short term use in nice conditions.

Suspension on these is kinda reliable. But it makes noises since day 1.
Also, on town 7 susp, they install rear shock upside down (so it scratches asphalt) idk why, but u flip it.

I guess I should define my use case then.

I am a full time RVer, so space is a premium.
I have been using a scooter for many years but the one I have is on it's last legs so looking for a upgrade whatever is top of the line since I use it a lot.
I use it both to run relatively close ariens to the camp sites, as well as to make touring areas and sight seeing extra fun and allows me to see more and explore more then if I was on foot.
It being fordable also is needed since I like to use public transport when it's a option where I go or am.
While I mostly ride on sidewalk and paved area, I would be willing to carry extra weight of a folding scooter that could ride on dirt and grass.
I don't do tricks and have no interest in non-folding extreme sports models.

According to reddit swifty scooters are basically the best folding scooters currently available on the market, but are super expensive with very high shipping cost if you don't live in the UK.

If you got the cash for it then you can't do better.
If you don't need to ride on dirt and can deal with it not folding then I would instead recommend a decent pro/stunt scooter even if all you do is cruse. The extreme durability and high quality makes up for the lack of folding imo.

No one is cool with e scooters. Disposable shit only bought by people who can’t afford an e bike (which are also shit) which guarantees that they can’t afford to replace and properly recycle the battery when it dies. They will all end up in the sea and the suburbanite semi-conscious cattle who buy them will either shrug or not even notice that they make the entire world worse with every purchase. In summary, you need a single speed bike.
