Bike shop measured me and recommended an "XS" frame. It's literally no different than a kids bike except more expensive. Went ahead and bought the kids bike. And the worst part is, it fits like a dream

Bike frames have been growing in some areas(mtb's) or fitting more people(sloping top tube road bikes).
Remember, if you were in china that frame would probably be a small or medium.
