i dont know how this happened to me. i am just scared of cars. i even can get scared riding in one, let alone driving one. is anyone else in this boat, or are you all luckily not autistic losers and just bike/subway/train/bus because you enjoy them but still have your car

I owned a car for about 10 months, when I was in my late teens. I don't own one now, haven't owned one for decades, and I use public transit, feet, and bicycles. I bought a home in what rightoids would call the "inner city" so that I wouldn't have to deal with the nonsense.

I am "scared" of cars in the sense that I am very careful crossing the street because they are crazy and want you to die and there won't be any consequences for them, but it's not something that rules my life. I will say I'm kind of disgusted by them, in that riding in them makes me physically ill (driving them doesn't but I don't particularly enjoy driving, though smaller cars with a manual transmission are less horrifying). But I do maintain my license because it's helpful when traveling, particularly in Europe where public transit isn't as good in a lot of places compared to here in the US.

I'm probably on the spectrum and I don't appreciate you calling me a loser.

what? arent you saying literally the opposite of reality? europe has deent public transit and usa public transit is complete and utter shit outside of the biggest major cities, and barely anywhere besides new york city. the entire country is just cars.

I can't comment about public transit in north jesusville WV because I don't go to those places but all I can say is public transit here in the city is adequate though lackluster compared to singapore or hong kong
