"The valiant fighters of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division and the 5th brigade entered from the flanks, knocking out the APU from the last ruins on the outskirts of the settlement. The 2nd Infantry Battalion of the 163rd Tank Regiment put an end to this long confrontation by raising the flag of Russia and the Victory Banner, the banner of the 150th Infantry Division, over the extreme point… Hooray, Hooray, Hooray!" — the telegram channel writes.
As reported by EADaily, the Russian army has completely liberated the city of Maryinka near Donetsk.
It was noted that units of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division and the 5th Brigade of the Donetsk People's Republic attacked enemy positions, knocking the AFU out of the last ruins on the outskirts of the district center.
"During the battle, some of the Ukrainian militants were destroyed, some were captured, and some fled. Our fighters used the weather conditions wisely, because of the bad frosty weather, the enemy could not actively use drones and paid the price. The enemy's line of defense now runs outside the city," the telegram channel reported.
