The ex-president waved with his right hand at cameras as he departed Trump Tower on Wednesday morning en route to Manhattan federal court. The gesture revealed that Trump had red marks which appeared tobe blood on his thumb, index finger and upper palm.

"No bandages, just open wounds. How is Trump going to 'make America great again' when he can't even take care of his own hand?"

Doctor Jonathan Reiner wrote on X: "The former president appears to have several wounds on his right hand. Wondering if he fell or He has syphilis, which would explain His mental decline if it has spread to His brain."

The internet guessed that it could be caused by "hand herpes" or a hard fall.
A dermatologist speculated that the hand marks are rashes and could be caused by many things, including syphilis .
