AOC asks Hunter Biden ex-associate 'exactly' what crimes he's seen Joe commit in impeachment hearing furious exchange: Tony Bobulinski fires back at Squad member with THREE allegations against the president
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13219943/AOC-bobulinski-joe-biden-crime.html Former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski said he believes he has witnessed Joe Biden commit crimes in a fiery moment of Wednesday's impeachment hearing.
'Did you witness the President commit a crime?' Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., asked the GOP witness.
'Yes,' said Bobulinski.
'Corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA,' Bobulinski said, referring to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and Foreign Agents Registration Act that requires Americans who are doing the bidding of other countries to register as foreign agents.
'What is the crime? I asked you to answer the question,' said Ocasio-Cortez.
'I answered the question - RICO. You're obviously not familiar--' said Bobulinski. 'Excuse me sir, RICO is not a crime,' said Ocasio-Cortez.
'RICO is a category of crime, that you're then charged with,' said Bobulinski.
Bobulinski has said he has met with Joe Biden twice ever.
In another point in the hearing, Florida Democrat Rep. Jared Moskowitz egged on Republicans, asking them to call for an impeachment vote 'right now' when Bobulinski said he believes Joe Biden is guilty of the high crimes and misdemeanors that warrant impeachment.
'You're never gonna call for it. Why not do it now? You guys only have six more months probably in power, right?' said Moskowitz. 'They're never gonna impeach joe biden it's never gonna happen because they don't have the evidence.'
Democrats have claimed that Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner is the real culprit of an influence peddling scheme, and in one moment made a motion to subpoena Kushner over his $2 billion business deal with the Saudis. Republicans shot it down.

'What was the role Jared Kushner played in covering up the assassination and dismemberment of Khashoggi?' Raskin shouted, accusing Kushner of being involved in the killing of the Washington Post journalist believed to be sanctioned by Saudi Arabia. Bobulinski said he believes Joe Biden is lying about his involvement in his son's business dealings based off a meeting he had with him in 2017. Bobulinski told impeachment investigators on Capitol Hill about a May 2017 meeting between Hunter, Joe and him at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. 'The sole reason Hunter wanted me to meet his father was because I was the CEO of Sinohawk,' he said, referring to the China-affiliated venture Hunter would later be a part of. Bobulinski said the meeting lasted '45 minutes to an hour.' 'If Joe Biden was not involved in son's business dealings ... why would he take 45 minutes out of his night to sit with me for 45 minutes to an hour to discuss my background, the business we're doing with the Chinese and his family's background?' James Biden, Joe's brother who was also present had said he did not recall such a meeting taking place, leading Republicans to accuse him of lying. Hunter Biden had attested that the meeting at the hotel bar did take place, but no business was discussed. 'They talked about ... I don't know whether it was Tony's father was suffering from cancer, and his sister was suffering from cancer,' Hunter said in his transcribed interview with the committee. And while Bobulinski claimed he was 'not a political person,' Democrats tried to chip away at that assertion. Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., pulled out photos of Bobulinski at a debate between Trump and Biden as a guest of Trump. 'We didn't rely on [Hunter] for any deliverable product other than delivering the Biden lift,' said former Hunter associate Jason Galanis, who testified from prison.

Democratic Rep. Katie Porter said the hearing should instead have just focused on influence peddling more broadly - noting that lawmakers can get paid 'down payments' by lobbying firms and become lobbyists only one year after leaving public office. 'Both parties have let us down on fighting influence peddling and tackling corruption,' the California Democrat said, before noting 495 former members of Congress work for lobbying firms and 278 members violated the STOCK Act with improper stock trades last Congress. In a rare bipartisan moment, Comer said to Porter: 'I think you are sincere and I look forward to working with you on that legislation.' The hearing had kicked off with fireworks as GOP witness Bobulinski called Democrats on the Oversight Committee 'liars' and a Democrat called him a 'fool.' 'Should I allow Hunter to give his opening statement first?' Bobulinski joked - as a seat for Hunter Biden sat open next to him. Hunter had declined an invitation to testify before the committee. Bobulinski called Joe Biden a 'serial liar and fabulist,' his brother Jim Biden a '75 year old man who cannot keep his lies straight' and Hunter a 'chronic drug addict facing two indictments with twelve counts.' 'Representatives Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers, and Mr. Goldman a former prosecutor with the Southern District of New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies,' Bobulinksi said. Raskin took issue with being called out and there was a brief pause. 'Keep going you fool! You're such a fool!' said Rep. Jared Moskowitz. The Florida Democrat had showed up to the hearing wearing a Vladimir Putin mask to tie the allegations against the Biden family to Russia. Raskin called House Republicans' impeachment inquiry a 'flabby, Hail Mary pass three weeks after the Super Bowl's over.'

The hearing came three weeks after Hunter Biden gave transcribed testimony to the committee and claimed his father was not involved in his business deals - as the inquiry's next steps appear unclear. While Hunter's associates have given testimony demonstrating Hunter's connection to his father opening doors for him, Republicans are seeking to further find evidence that Joe Biden was complicit in the scheme. 'All President Biden can do is control his own actions, and that is what we are here today to discuss with the witnesses,' Comer said. Whether the impeachment inquiry will lead to a vote on President Biden's impeachment is unclear. With the narrowest of majorities, House Republicans do not appear to have enough evidence to get their entire conference on board with impeaching the president. In an unusual setup, Galanis testified remotely from an Alabama prison where he is doing time for defrauding a Native American tribe. He teared up as he discussed how he'd been sexually harassed in prison, and talked about a phone call that seemed 'pre-arranged' with Joe Biden as they were meeting with Russian business partners. Joe at one point said to the business partners, 'Be good to my boy.' 'Hunter responded by saying, “Everything is good, and we are moving ahead,"' said Galanis. Democrats brought in former Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas. Hunter Biden turned down an invitation to testify, as did former associate Devon Archer. Parnas has said he worked with Giuliani to influence Ukrainian officials to open an investigation into the Biden family before the 2020 election. He was eventually sentenced to 20 months in prison in June 2022 after being convicted on fraud and campaign finance crimes. He has since turned on Giuliani, calling him an 'evil man' who he was 'very, very sad' to have worked with.

>>1280361 This.
It's amazing to me how democrats don't realize it's odd that all of hunters business associates hes ever worked with have somehow all become "Russian agents" after they testified against him because suddenly they are "connected to an oligarch"
Their job is foreign lobbying for fucks sake. Hunter himself worked directly for a Ukrainian oligarch, you can fucking bet he has a "connection" to a Russian oligarch simply because of his fucking job.
This is literally McCarthyism 2.0 on the part of democrats. They have something like half a dozen witnesses giving direct testimony stating joe assisted hunter with his foreign lobbying goals, and you have piles of emails substantiating it, and democrats failed at disproving the emails now they are trying to discredit the witnesses using nebulous accusations against anyone who is speaking up

Now, people like you are engaged in a 24 hour gaslighting campaign to convince everyone that lying to the FBI about having secret meetings with Russian billionaires and using witnesses and information sent straight from Moscow as evidence in federal inquiries into political corruption is just like a totally normal thing that even the president of McDonald's could do! I mean, everyone does it, what's the big deal right?

I mean, everyone does it, what's the big deal right? President Trump’s son, Eric, once told a golf writer that funding for Trump golf courses come from Russia, that writer recounted in a new interview.
James Dodson during an interview Friday with Boston’s WBUR described meeting Donald Trump in 2014 and being invited to play golf at the Trump National Golf Club Charlotte.
He said asked Donald Trump how he was paying for his courses, and the now-president “sort of tossed off that he had access to $100 million,” Dodson said in the interview.
Dodson said he then questioned Eric Trump, who was along for the day.
{mosads}”I said, ‘Eric, who’s funding? I know no banks — because of the recession, the Great Recession — have touched a golf course. You know, no one’s funding any kind of golf construction. It’s dead in the water the last four or five years,’” the writers told WBUR.
“And this is what he said. He said, ‘Well, we don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia.’ I said, ‘Really?’ And he said, ‘Oh, yeah. We’ve got some guys that really, really love golf, and they’re really invested in our programs. We just go there all the time.’”
