The 2005 Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act was passed because in 1998 chicago democrat mayor daley sued a bunch of gun makers over nothing to try to run them out of business. He was then joined by known rapist bill clinton, hud secretary and later ag or NY and later governor of NY and known rapist andrew cuomo and at the time NY ag and later governor and later would get caught spending taxpayer money on hookers eliot spitzer and an nyc law that would sue gun makers for not imposing gun control (the law was passed with 42 dems voting yes 0 dems voting no 1 gop voting yes and 2 gop voting no)
