You seem more focused on shiny gear, though I did find it funny the idea of putting pre-workouts in a survival kit. Water, food, clothes, shoes, shelter and flashlights. I'd say get some gas masks before guns. Most disasters won't have roaming gangs of welfare thugs and if you do see it getting that bad then leave the fucking country. During covid when we all thought it could be the big one. Me and my girlfriend, already had supplies so we made plan to leave if things started to get bad, didn't though, just spend a year on furlough playing video games, drinking and fucking... I miss those times... it was cozy...
