Went for a breddy epic hike in the Victorian high country a few weeks ago. My first multi-day hike, covered a total of 57km and 4,000m worth of elevation changes over a few days. I'm going to acquire a lightweight sleeping bag for the next mission. Definitely type 2 fun, I originally planned on doing 80km over 4 days but my knee had other plans.
Good motivation to join the gym again and work on mobility/joint health.
