>>1248323I can also attest to the quality of the Sony A6000. I used a Sony 35mm f/1.8 lens, 55-200mm, and a Rokinon 12mm F/2.0 when I had that camera and it took pretty good pictures. Gave it away to my sister and bought a Fujifilm X-Pro 2 though half a year ago because I wasn't satisfied with Sony's APS-C lens selection, but as a beginner camera it's hard to get a better deal than the A6000. As long as you don't take it close to waterfall like I did, it won't break.
>>1248348Good quality cameras can be expensive; the Sony A6000 is the best bang for your buck camera you can buy. You can't find a better mirrorless camera for the price it is offered at. Keep in mind that full frame cameras are easily 4-5 times that price, and that's without the lens. An APS-C format camera can capture more light than your cell phone can, and interchangeable lenses offer much flexibility.
