what are some good carving knives that I can bring to the camp
I am a Potato Sack Enjoyer (PSE) and for years I've been throwing them whole in the embers, sometimes I get kinky and wrap them in foil.
But recently I wanted to try something more interesting, like peel them and slice them good, then throw them in the pan etc.
So, what are good potato peeling knives for a beginner? (picrel, its what I take with me on every hike)
