>>1377258I don't mean a cross cut saw used for carpentry. For processing logs, like in the OP image, this is the proper tool to use. You use it with a makeshift log sawhorse. A buck saw or bow saw is what you use for bushcraft when you need to hike a long ways. Those are very light duty.
