the ul part means at your budget it will weigh the same as as a normal backpack maybe a bit heavier
but instead of putting that weight and budget into gay rugged unnecissarily thick nylon (like a gay leather fetish thing) its expended on actually useful traits like haul weight and being able to sling a rifle on it.
