>>2728688>>2728694anon, can you even start a fire with foraged sticks alone?
whats the longest you've ever camped, if you even have?
do you know the flora of the area?
can you name the top 10 most common edibles for each season of your area, off the top of your head?
are your clothes actually high quality, and able to deal with the weather?
is your tent able to be used longer than a week without turning to dust?
do you have the tools to actually survive, and are they gonna last?
seeing as you're in seattle, theres already tons of homeless around your forests, you're gonna be competing against other wackos
you have jack shit for supplies, one bad storm will fuck your ass up, and you only have the equivalent of a week of food, seeing as you're going to be active
you're essentially doing the classic "5 yearold spills glass of milk, makes bindle of 3 cookies and a bottle of apple juice to avoid punishment"
i don't care if you wanna "rough it", but all it looks to be is that you're just gonna end up driving to the local forest, you walk out to a polluted river filled surrounded by homeless encampments, you try staying for about 2 weeks until you finally realize "holy shit food actually tastes good, and ticks hurt really bad", and when you finally come back to your car, it was impounded, and you now have multiple fines on your ass
do you want to ACTUALLY do this, or do you wanna waste your time & money doing something that'll just end up dissuading you from genuine further fulfillment?
with the way you're going, the only thing you outta bring to that forest is a rope
