Haskap berry wine in progress.
Just finished making it.
Bayanus G995 yeast with feed, 2.5 kg of haskap berry, about a liter of water and 0.75 kg of sugar.
I might have overdone sugar a bit, BLG is at about 25, I might need to add some water if it doesn't start.

There are many cultivars that aren't like paper with sugar and taste great, mine are like that, make great wine too.
