If you're that deep into tech addiction, a couple of days won't do too much. You'll mostly just be waiting until you can use them again. What you want to do is limit how much you use them daily. Don't try to remove the habits; replace them with constructive things.
Instead of scroolling or cooming, do something with some plants. Go for a walk or bike ride in nature; it'll help your gains.
The benefits I've experienced are great.
