>>262683I don't know if you are trying to troll or not but take my word. I live in a country with very similar knife laws to England. if not stricter
the thing you have to remember is. I repeat! the thing you have to remember is that we still have a criminal judging system where you are presented to a judge. and this is where I cant speak for Britain. but here. any judge with any self respect would never send a guy to jail or to pay a fine for something as trivial as carrying a small scalpel in his first aid kit. the key words here are "first aid kit" that in of itself would with a 98% chance be considered probable Couse. of course if you go wave it about like an idiot of course you are going to have the law on you
probable cause is a concept that is very easy to get around if you have any skills in debate and arguing. if you can stand your Couse you are most likely going to get off free. if it even gets that far
I once got out of a ticket and a write up to my criminal record by a policeman for having a knife that. although under 7cm. on public land. that locked in the folded position by explaining to him that I used it for cutting up"hard" fruit such as apples because I had braces on the inside of my teeth
TL:DR always push for better laws and learn to duck under the stupid laws
