My go to backpack is pic related (95 liter), but this time I gave myself a little challenge and tried to downsize. 60 liters is not too optimal for two weeks though, had to carry my tent and jacket outside the backpack, and I couldn't keep the top part of it down properly. Took about a week before I could pack it normally, but it was a fun little challenge and it weighs way less than pic related. As for how many calories I ate every day, not too easy to say. I definitely didn't eat too much above 2000 calories daily unfortunately. Some days I ate less than 2000, some days slightly more. I make sure to eat way more than I normally do right before (and after) a trip though.
