Slavic release, per family tradition. Grip the bow with opposite fingers, twist draw hand, and the bow moves before the arrow would need to curve. I've been trying thumb release on my left, and can get a less drastic twist with that. Recommend you don't try this on your Olympic grip, English style. Shooting wrong sided will slap your arm. Thumb release works, but wear a glove instead of ring.
2 hour daily practice so I can sleep at night, but my fifth and sixth arrow does miss by the end. (50# is just right. I shot a 30 for a week, was pushing 4 hours before I got tired. May move up for better control, but this is a nice main.) It has only been two months, as an adult, so maybe I slow down in the winter.
