I have seen women who felt they were not getting enough in the settlement , suddenly claim there was physical abuse. Its amazing how well that one simple trick is even when the woman is CLEARLY lying.
The courts are now set up to believe all women so they get to decide what is true.
Once she claims abuse, its no longer a 50/50 deal. The male is stripped of EVERYTHING. and his life is pretty much over.
I have seen women who were my friends and who seemed wonderful in ever other way do this because they were angry and wanted to make the ex pay dearly.
I swear it was not even really about the money.
