I have a "Fieldline" brand (from Sportsman's Guide) Realtree camo backpack and fannypack I bought X years back for hunting, which have similar pouch mounting points on the shoulder straps, but the two pouches that were included are too small for my use (great packs, otherwise).
You're probably better off getting a backpack with the far more common MOLLE system, as pouches with that particular plastic mounting bracket/buckle may become unavailable, if the manufacturer goes out of business or simply drops the product line.
