I have 200,000 dollars that I want to burn on a plot of land to possibly homestead on. What state should I buy land in, anons?
Which state has:
-good gun laws
-nonfucked wildlife
-sparse population
-moderate weather (would rather be too cold than too hot)
-mountains to climb/hike
-if no mountains, then enough flat land to feasibly build a runway for a small airplane

Also I guess this could be a thread to discuss experiences buying /out/ property and advice for newbies.
