pay property taxes

done.

If you build it on a trailer frame and pay the tag fee you can be totally legit in some places.

because there's no guarantee you're not a nog going to fuck shit up for everybody else and the environment
every libertarian thinks people are good and LET ME DO WHAT I WANT, MOM!, while in reality if most people weren't coerced into doing the proper things, one way or the other, they'll usually end up living the nog life, dumping garbage in their own property because 'muh land, muh rules' to save a few bucks and what not
