Unfortunately the grotto that manages it are cunts and its hard to access. I had to help them clean up the opening and they only let me enter with them.
In SW PA there is a cave and manmade limestone quarry on the PA gamelands near Dunbar. Casparis cave and mine. The game com added steel grating over the cave entrances a few years ago, but someone may have vandalized the bars at some point so you can still get in (: This cave is at: 39.970812, -79.561303

If you look at old USGS maps they are marked, additionally on modern sat images you can see them. A jeep trail runs near them, popular with the methheads of dunbar.
