So last winter I quit my job and skied most of the winter/spring.

Had a grandma in the eastern sierras I used as my home base. Would spend about a week on the road then come back to sleep in a bed and do laundry. Took one big trip for ~2 months and toured the western states.

Had a little shell on my Tacoma, built a little drawer system to sleep on top of. Sort of planned it and saved money for around ~3 months leading into it

I’m a union electrician, which allowed me to quit and get hired easily again in late June when I was done.

Any of you guys bail on responsibilities for a while? I want to hear about it.
