Is it safe to go hiking on the Adirondacks alone this time of year? I'm suicidal and want to just go out and live in the woods for a couple weeks summiting as many mountains as possible. Gear wise I have everything, I'm just scared I'll get eaten by a bear or raped by a homeless bum.
