I am going on the detox in ze forest for week or two. Any tips on what should I take with me? I have never been to the forest for more than 18 hours just sain, I am from other boards so don't meme me. Also, I don't eat bugs, to teach me how to hunt some meat. Thanks t

a lot of fucking food - your body needs food to heal - feed it well

a water filter (pump action)

water bags to store the water

b1 vitamin - take one twice a day for at least a month - your levels are probably depleted as alcohol interferes with absorption of this neurologically important vitamin

That's a good idea. I AM getting sober and I already feel the pain. I ve made like 3 liters of broth and I brought some oils but I startin feel like a schyzo about the whole idea

Everything the guy above me said will be important for survival.
Now to get to the fun stuff.

(Hook, sinker, maybe some lures, and a bobber if you’re inexperienced)
>a firearm for hunting
>lighter
(Several lighters)
>tarps and tents for building forts
>hatchet

That’s all I usually need to camp

There should be a lot of rain in my area in the next few days. Any tips or hacks on that? Also where should I sleep to be safe from bears? (one mother bear killed a man and injured other just a week ago, few kilometers from my location)
