How do I stop getting so much condensation in my military bivy it's getting my bag wet and I get very cold the bag is a 20 degree bag and it is only in the 40s

I'm on a motorcycle so space is limited on on a year long trip and I can't really set up a tent in the middle of some of these city's so I I have a camo bivy to hide

Are you using a sleeping mat and packing away all your wet or damp stuff in drybags at night?
otherwise no, there is nothing you can do. you will have to dry your sleeping bag and bivi in the sun or next to a fire.
