I assume no foraging and no fresh fish or game you hunt, all of it should be possible to take with you? Also since it's just weekend, I assume we get to choose ingredients that are a little more bulky.

Salt isn't inherently bad for you. If you're active and get on a sweat while drinking it's not a problem and going /out/ it isn't a hard thing to do.
