It has the BEST mountains in the world! They are so big and huge and beautiful and wonderful! The real estate prices aren't actually that bad if you are willing to live outside a major city, and it has the most scenic national parks in the WORLD!
Again, I highly suggest anyone interested in mountains and the outdoors to consider moving to California. As an alternate suggestion, I hear Colorado is pretty great too!
