>>2605974All of these are things that have actually happened. They are viable. You want to go out, you don't have to go to the wilderness to find yourself. You can go anywhere. Anytime you want. That's the cool thing. I hope that this all gets through to you and that you understand I am sinsere in my need to communicate that I think you should absolutely find any excuse you can to be among others, go outside, go inside but in scary places or just generally move around the world. It will give you more than I can possibly even begin to explain. There is real wonder and terror out there.
But there is nothing if you just sit on your ass. Besides inevitable boomerism and being told what to do for life.
If you felt the call, you probably know something isn't feeling right when you are home and still. I suggest you go watch Lord or the Rings and or Stalker. Read some books set in DND settings, go play games like Vallheim. All of these are just disguised calls to adventure. You can walk out that door anytime. Isn't that fucking cool?
Maybe you could even do like Forest Anon did over on /lit/ and go fuck off innawoods and stay out there for a long time. It's all up to you.
Whatever your life, your problems, and the fears that keep you, I just want you to know that every single problem in the world is mostly a result of two things. Indecision and inaction from that lack of choice.
Go go the fuck to google. Find a place you can reach.
Bag. Books. Sleeping Bag. Shelter. Food. Water. Knife and headlamp.
Pick a spot. Get a map. Google the place. Find groups or people who go sort of near places you like. Sign up. Meet them. Vet them. Go with them.
Once you have practiced in safe places, it's time to take less of them and go with yourself.
You're always just one choice away from doing anything. It's not easy. But then nothing is worth it if it is, is it?
TL:DR?

I hope you really get this and that it changes your life for the better.
