There could be a ghost behind you in this very moment, break-dancing aggressively. All you can do is turn around and look, and say that there is no evidence for it. But you can never prove that there is no such ghost. Positive claims require proof. Claiming that aluminium causes alzheimers requires proof.
So the source of the picture is pretty much irrelevant.
