Have you done a Wildernis First Aid or First Responder course? Or anything like it?

For those who dont know; they give you training and a certificate for some multi-day courses that teach you an array of wildernis emergency medical skills.

I'm thinking of doing one, do they teach long-term wound care? Or just the first couple of hours before help arrives? I'd like to learn both emergency care and long-term injury care principles, basically heal an injury from start till end without proper medical facilities. Will it help me get a job in outdoor settings?
