I am a castizo who lives in Peru (one of the areas with the highest solar radiation in the world) if I am constantly exposed to the sun, will my skin adapt or will I just get cancer?

I don't know what castizo means and I refuse to look it up. It sounds Mexican so you will probably be fine.
Just avoid seed oils and processed foods. Go outside every day. Get a natural tan.

The problem is the South Atlantic Magnetic anomaly allows more radiation to pass through the magnetosphere/plasmasphere. The issue isn't just UV--it's Gamma Rays and Beta radiation.

I'd learn to keep tabs on the solar weather if I were you anon.
