Hey /out/, as a kid (8-15) my crazy and unstable mother always dragged us out to camp and fish in the woods. Some of my worst memories happened out there with violence and drunkenness, but something good came of it and that's my deep roots with enjoying the wilderness and fishing. The reason I say this is because I'm 26 now and have found myself irresistibly drawn back to the forest and water out there. Anyone else feeling this pull after a long time in modern society?

I've been watching videos of these guys who spend a long time in the wilderness alone, fishing for food and immersing themselves alone or sometimes together. I want to go back, guys. The economy is shit right now and I'm poor but as soon as I get the money, I'm going back.

These are the guys, in case you might find this stuff as satisfying as I do. I'd love to see other people who make stuff like this.
