Just a public service announcement to my /out/ bros: put on sunscreen, wear sun protective clothing when you're out there in midday hikes!

I was an idiot in my 20s, I was out there in just a hat, spending hours in the sun for over a decade. And now I've been diagnosed with skin cancer! They cut it out, doc said it has not spread, but once you have one of these carcinomas, there is an increased chance it will return. Sucks.
