The best feature of titanium cookware and flatware is that you can clean it by putting it in a camp fire and burning all the gunk off of it. Fuck off with all those people who are like "oh, titanium has such a beautiful color, I must baby it to make it look like I never use it." My titanium cook set looks like I actually use it because if I'm cooking and food gets stuck to the bottom of my pot, into the fire it goes, and it comes out perfectly clean save for some ash that can be rinsed out with no problem.
Titanium is light, rugged, and can be cleaned with fire. If you are just looking for something to boil water in you don't need it, and you deserve to be laughed at if you paid more just because "the color was prettier," but if you want to do some actual cooking and you don't want to spend an hour scrubbing out the bottom of a little pot, titanium is for you.
