Supercat stove, the one in op's photo, is probably the second lightest, but can crush if not cared for. Pretty easy to make, but harder to make and source materials for. Requires a crimp-top can and hole punch or drill.
Roll-top bottle stove is probably the heaviest (though still absurdly light) and the hardest to make, but I've stood on mine and it didn't crush. Requires a couple aluminium bottles, hack saw or dremel, vice, and drill.
The weight difference is comparable to what you'd save it you cut the tags off all your gear, so if you're not already on the road and already have the tools, best in my opinion best is most durable, roll-top.
