>>4418536Okay. It just showed up. First impressions are very good. It has what I would call prosumer or slightly above build quality. Not quite as nice as my pro gitzo tripod but really good. Fit and finish are really quite nice on it. The height adjustment mechanism is really smooth and easy to use. Even with the 3 leg stabilizer removed it falls with its own weight. Going to take it for a spin now. Rigidity is quite good for a monopod. It does get a little wobbly at higher extensions, but that should be fine.
If I was playing with one in the store I would not think it is overpriced based on build quality. The fluid head is kinda cheap, but I normally use an arca cube so I'm spoiled.
